Corporate background

I am an ICF Master Coach with 20+ years’ experience coaching senior leaders to transform their capabilities and behaviours and enable them to achieve their full career potential.

I have had a successful commercial career with ICI / AstraZeneca, in the chemicals/ agrochemicals / biotechnology and genetic engineering sectors. This gave me international line management experience in sales / marketing, research targeting and international customer supply chain performance and project management.

I was also Retail Performance Director with Sainsbury’s Supermarkets UK and a business strategy and performance management consultant with Deloitte and The Balanced Scorecard Collaborative. This consultancy involved leading projects at Board level to improve customer service, processes, employee commitment and business profitability.

In addition to the above sectors, I have worked and coached in sectors including: automotive, banking, beauty, broadcasting, brewing, communications, construction, distilled beverages, music, mass media, pharmaceuticals, retail, real estate, space research, sports and travel. Also computer / financial / professional / internet / IT / iCloud products & services.
